GBAA calls for better conditions for business aviation!

More than 100 days after the new federal government took office, the German Business Aviation Association (GBAA) is turning its attention to the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV). The aim is to strengthen business aviation as an important part of Germany’s economy with a sustainable and decentralized airport infrastructure. With six key points, the GBAA addresses central areas of action that should now be given priority:

1. Sustainable mobility for Germany
2. Securing decentralized airport infrastructure
3. Strengthening competitiveness and location policy
4. Promoting transformation and sustainable technologies
5. Expanding resilience and crisis preparedness
6. Ensuring stable financing for air traffic control

Conclusion: Business aviation is part of the solution!

Regional airports and landing sites are more than just transport infrastructure – they are engines of economic development.
They secure jobs, strengthen competitiveness, and promote the innovative power of Germany as an aviation location. Business aviation helps companies remain flexible, sustainable, and internationally connected. It is an indispensable part of a modern, future-oriented transport policy.
